Our support team are on hand to take any calls regarding faults with your IT equipment. You will be asked several questions to determine how the issue came about.
After a brief discussion about the issue, they will get to work diagnosing the issue and to see if the fault has resulted from human error or hardware malfunction.
The team then get to work to provide a solution to the problem and repair any reported issues, putting measures in place to prevent it happening again.
Once they have resolve any issues the team investigate further to provide a solution preventing similar issues reoccurring or how a system can be improved.
